TERMS AND CONDITIONS Click and Collect Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to cancel these conditions at any time. We endeavour to deliver the highest quality products to you at all times. If you feel that we have been unable to deliver you the quality you expect please contact us and we will be happy to discuss. Please be aware that during peak times there may be an additional wait on all orders or the click and collect system may be temporarily suspended. REFUND POLICY We will refund part or all of your order when: 1. you have contacted us within 4 hours of the collection time to alert us of any concern 2. Proof of problems can be substantiated 3. the item you have requested if unavailable. All orders are subject to availability We will not refund any orders that have not been collected within 15 minutes of the scheduled collection time. If the products are of unsatisfactory quality or misdescription you may return the products, at which time we will offer a replacement or a refund. No exchanges or refunds will be made for missing items or inadequate quantities once you have left the shop after collection. You should therefore check your order at the time of collection before leaving the shop. No exchanges or refunds will be made as a result of the quality of the products deteriorating due to you missing your selected collection time, or for loss or normal deterioration of the product occurring after the products are collected. Refunds will be given in the same method as the order was paid. PAYMENT Click and collect orders must be paid for at the time the order is placed We accept payment by the following card types Mastercard credit, Mastercard debit, Visa credit Visa debit We are not responsible for and will not refund any fees or charges imposed by your bank, building or credit card company for processing any transaction or refund in relation to your order. CANCELLATION In the event of a cancellation a full refund will be given if it is cancelled a minimum of 60 minutes before its scheduled collection time. Saltwater Fish & Chips

Saltwater is a bright and beautiful family run seaside restaurant and takeaway overlooking the beach in Felixstowe, Suffolk.
Saltwater first opened in 2020 offering a delicious and full menu catering for all tastes as well as a large selection of alcoholic and soft drinks to accompany your meal. You can enjoy our restaurant for a relaxed and informal dining experience or visit our takeaway and enjoy your meal al fresco on the beach or gardens opposite.

We always do our utmost to ensure your experience at Saltwater is a great one. As an added bonus you will find included in our kid’s meals free tickets to spend in The Forum arcade which is conveniently located just next door!

At Saltwater we only buy fish from a fishery that is managed as we pledge to do our bit in the supply chain. Cod and Haddock are our most popular species which we currently source from Norwegian and Icelandic waters. The fish stocks here are actually the fastest growing in the world and are accredited by the MSC. They are continually monitored and managed by fishermen and scientists to ensure sustainability. Our aim is to protect the fish stocks for the future.
